Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Gameisly Marketplace website (the "Service") operated by Gameisly ("us", "we", or "our").

By listing an item for sale on Gameisly, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it. You agree to describe the item accurately and truthfully.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gameisly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
