30-Day Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item
Start your return
Go to your orders page and select the item you want to return. Choose a reason for the return.
Print your label
We'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and attach it to your package.
Ship it back
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. We'll notify you when it's received.
Return Policy Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Digital goods and software keys once redeemed/viewed
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or accident
Refund Timing
Once the seller receives your return, they have 2 business days to inspect it. After inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
